I agree and give permission for my daughter/son to try out for the Westmont Spirit Squad. I have read the information sheets and Westmont Spirit Leader Handbook provided. I understand the commitment and responsibilities my daughter/son is willing to undertake. I will support the coach(es) and the school policies concerning the Westmont Spirit Squad and agree to help her/him abide by the commitments required of a cheerleader.

CHEERLEADING CANDIDATE AGREEMENT

I understand the requirements and commitments involved in trying out for the spirit squad at Westmont High School. I agree to abide by the requirements and commitments, rules, and regulations set forth in the Westmont Spirit Leader Handbook, Westmont High School Athletic Code, and WHS Rules.
